Junior Producer, Creative Services

Job Summary

The Junior Producer will be responsible for owning day to day management and tracking of Creative projects. Responsibilities will include all elements of the project’s operational execution, including project scoping and requirements as well as timeline creation and execution. This person will be also be responsible for ensuring all projects are kept on track and advanced through to completion. The Junior Producer will work closely with 3Q internal teams across the agency acting as their liaison with the creative team. Projects are in support of our clients paid media needs, they include landing pages, micro-sites, mobile + app store creative, banners, social media, videos, etc.

Essential Functions

  • Project planning
  • Building, maintaining and executing on timelines
  • Project set-up and management within Asana
  • Project scoping and requirements gathering
  • Putting together detailed creative briefs
  • Maintenance of team tools
  • Updating and maintaining project tracking and resourcing documentation
  • Account team and client liaison, who advocates for the Creative/Design team with account leads and clients
  • Maintenance and updating of internal team documentation
  • Tracking of each project’s status; maintaining an intimate knowledge of the project’s health

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years experience in an agency or on a creative team
  • Great communicator and able to build rapport with people quickly and easily
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Docs
  • Experience with Asana (or similar project management software) a plus
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or any HTML experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams
  • Ability to handle changing priorities, while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work in the details but also see the big picture
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Ability to keep a cool head and positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts
