Office Coordinator

We are looking for a Burlington Office Coordinator that can help us do just that!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to- day office needs ensuring employee happiness and productivity
  • Office/kitchen inventory (make sure we have all of the supplies, food, etc. needed)
  • Organization/cleaning (empty/run the dishwasher, clean coffee pots and food containers as needed, keep office tidy)
  • Lead Local Perks (arrange happy hours, monthly outings, etc.)
  • Weekly lunch orders
  • Welcome visitors and get new employees settled in the office
  • New hire setup (configuring laptops and setting up workspaces)
  • Support for machine issues (troubleshooting the basics)
  • IT inventory/shipping/ordering/receiving

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Minimum 1 year administrative/assistant experience
  • Ability to juggle many roles
  • Accuracy/high attention to detail
  • Desire to grow professionally

Schedule

  • Part-time: average of 10 hours per week
  • Tuesday and Thursday
