Paid Social Account Coordinator

Our Account Coordinators are the backbone of 3Q Digital. They manage the day-to-day tasks that enable growth for our customers—working closely with their account manager counterparts to ensure client success.

As a Paid Social Account Coordinator, you will collaborate with and assist Accounts Managers and Directors in driving social media traffic, follower growth, monetization, and marketing. Account Coordinators should display expert knowledge of analytics and all major social networks (including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, and Tumblr) and the best practices for marketers on those networks. You will be involved in the conception and the execution of campaigns to drive traffic, increase membership, promote paid content, build social following and support other business initiatives.

You are an Account Coordinator if you:

  • Have 1 year of experience within paid social (Facebook / Twitter ideally)
  • Aren’t afraid of rolling your sleeves up to tinker with an account;
  • Love working with numbers;
  • Know your way around Excel. You already know vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns, and more;
  • Can juggle multiple projects at the same time;
  • Have a desire to learn and grow in the paid social marketing space.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year experience executing paid social campaigns
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients
  • Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends
  • Ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on time
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Self-starter
