Display Account Associate

Job Summary

The Display Account Associate will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers with online advertising campaigns across.  The Display Account Associate will work on approximately 4 – 6 accounts.  The Display Account Associate is responsible for adhering to 3Q best practices and developing and maintaining solid display marketing knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of online display marketing
  • Partner with account leads to ensure display advertising plans, goals, and objectives are aligned, optimized, and integrated.
  • Build a variety of display advertising campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analytics.
  • Work to adequately measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending improvements for future display advertising campaigns.
  • Perform daily monitoring to ensure the account is pacing well relative to budgets and targets.
  • Compile competitor reports in order to ensure that we are consistently at the forefront and relevant to key audiences.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong project management, strategic planning, and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present conceptual creative/technical strategies, trends, and metrics.
  • Ability to multi-task, collaborate, and work autonomously.
  • Self-starter mentality; comfort with setting goals and achieving them.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Great attention to detail; able to juggle many small tasks.
  • Computer-savvy, quick learner, and online problem-solver. Can easily figure out new technologies online.
  • Innovative thinker, collaborative team player, and strong communicator.
