Account Lead (San Francisco)

Our Account Leads are the face of 3Q Digital to our clients. They manage our agency's relationship with clients on a day-to-day basis: developing strategy, establishing (and hitting) goals in order to build fruitful, long-term partnerships.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 4+ years managing SEM and/or paid social accounts and consider yourself an expert at search and/or social paid marketing.

• Have experience delivering the best possible customer service to both external and internal customers in the digital marketing space;

• You are skilled at effectively communicating  paid search goals (SEM), targets, and tactics to clients and can get into the weeds when necessary on all things paid search;

• Can hold your own talking SEO, display, and social media marketing strategies with marketing managers and C-Level executives alike;

• Love learning your clients’ businesses from the inside out and take personal pride in growing their top and bottom lines;

• Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and CPA across all channels;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role.

Bonus Points:

• Have knowledge of at least one bid-management platform (e.g. Kenshoo, Marin, IgnitionOne);

• Have experience managing multiple large-scale campaigns across AdWords, Bing, and the Google Display Network;

• Have expertise in landing page best practices;

• Are skilled at effectively communicating/teaching optimization tasks to multiple team members at once;

• Understand that every client is different and love the challenge of customizing a plan to fit each one;

• Have demonstrated product-positioning capability;

• Can quickly determine a need (and argue for) additional marketing channels (e.g. SEO, display, mobile, YouTube) in a given campaign.
