Digital Marketing Production Manager

We are in search of a Production Manager to join the 3Q Accelerate team in San Diego. This is a hybrid role with half of your time spent as a Digital Marketing Account Associate, working closely with internal teams to build and run successful online advertising campaigns across a wide range of clients, while the other half of your job will be spent managing a team of remote employees and allocating resources where needed.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of search engine marketing & paid social marketing
  • Develop technical skills in Excel, SEM & Social platforms
  • Use SEM & Social platforms to pull client reports
  • Implement tests (Ad Copy, Landing Page, Bid, Geo)
  • Work on ad hoc tasks delegated by the Account Manager or client
  • Keep current on marketing blogs
  • Write ad copy
  • Keyword & competitor research
  • Manage a team of remote employees
  • Work closely with the GM to ensure we are fully utilizing our remote resources
  • Maintain an intimate knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses and bandwidth of remote employees in order to best pair them with tasks and accounts
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify areas where accounts could leverage remote employees and assign the proper resource to the team
  • Work closely with the Director of Internal Learning and Development to develop training plan for remote employees

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients
  • Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on time
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • 0 - 8 months SEM/Social experience
  • Ability to keep a cool head and positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts
  • Self-starter
